Sending Messages and Photos to Clinical Staff

Messages can be sent conveniently anytime through your patient portal and will be answered during buisness hours. To attach a photo, select the green "Add File" button and chose your image.
All portal messages will be answered as soon as possible but no later than end of day.

Medical Records > Immunizations > View Card
*to save as a PDF > Download Card

Labs

    Lab Results on the Home page OR Medical Records > Lab Results
