Preventative care is a cornerstone of our approach to your child’s health. During
sports physicals exams, we don’t just evaluate whether your child is ready for sports participation—we also use this time to assess their overall development and address any questions or concerns you may have. To ensure a smooth visit, please bring any required forms with you, and we’ll gladly complete and sign them for you.
Sick Visits

Our Providers
Hometown Pediatrics consists of a dedicated team of two Board-Certified physicians and three Board-Certified nurse practitioners ready to care for your family. Each member of our team is an active member of our community, and we firmly believe in creating a comfortable, “hometown” environment for every patient and family that enters our doors. We also provide teaching and supervision to both medical and nurse practitioner students from various training programs.
